What is Health and Wellness Coaching

What is coaching? Let us first answer this question that we hear all the time and that we need to take the time to answer before delving into health and wellness coaching: Coaching is a process of accompanying a person or group through which higher levels of transformation are achieved. . . . When we are clear about what coaching is, it is easier to understand what health and wellness coaching is. When someone has health problems it would be very valuable to have someone to help them make the changes necessary to help them in the therapeutic process, whatever it is. Specialists and specialists often have very little time to look after their patients. Many questions remain unanswered and people leave the practice with instructions that are not really enough to give them the courage and willingness to change their behavior or treat them .

A health and wellness coach is what you do using exercise as a strategy to clarify health goals and find resources to succeed in them. Reality shows us that coaching is a set of strategies that allow people to focus on healing and return to functionality .

What is health and wellness coaching? It is an accompanying process in order to practice preventive medicine and also to accompany those who are already sick. In the encounters, the coach and his client explore the motivations and reasons for actively participating in building a healthy lifestyle.
