What is not Coaching

Coaching means training in English. Coaching therefore consists of a professional relationship that helps us achieve the results we propose in the different areas of our life: health, exercise, nutrition, career, business, etc .

The most important thing and the effectiveness of coaching is that it is a dynamic learning process. Especially on the way to our goals, we deepen and extract our own knowledge by addressing obstacles, conflicts and our own convictions. We also learn to deal with time, stress, habits and emotions .

The coach or coach is the professional who will help you in this process. Could you do this alone or alone? Yes, of couse! What happens is that while we know what to do, for example, to improve our health, it is difficult for us to do this all the time and it instantly demotivates us or numbs any information that is out there, that we don't know. Where should I start? This is where the coach can help .

How does coaching work?

Coaching takes the current situation as a starting point, i.e. the work is carried out from the present to the future, with all results depending on the resources, intentions, decisions and actions of the coachee (the person receiving the training)

The focus of the coaching is acting. An action that is the result of finding ways to solve the problems that arise in the sessions and that gives us the impetus to change things in life with a plan of action aimed at achieving the goal.

Coaching is an introspective process and leads us on a path of self-discovery that allows us to naturally see what is limiting us, what is hurting us and what is really important. Therefore, what we get out of these sessions has a significant impact on our lives in the short and long term
